The W.S.F. Group was founded in 1994 by Mr. Peter Lai and the Yang family. Its purpose was to source and recover nonferrous and precious metals. Its initial operations located in Mainland China were modest and employed only a few workers. |
| By 1996. the W.S.F. Group was
importing over 40,000 tons of metal scrap per annum. As a result, the
W.S.F Group decided to construct its own processing plant.
The W.S.F Group constructs its main processing plant over three hectares of land located in Guangdong, China. It also expanded its operations to include several depots located throughout Mainland China and established subsidiary and associate companies and agents around the World. |

| The W.S.F. Group now employs over 500 workers and has a presence in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, the United states of America, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Italy and Australia. |
| In 1997, the W.S.F Group
diversified into plastic recycling and began sourcing plastic scrap from
around the world. By late 1997, the W.S.F Group constructed an adjoining
plant to its main processing plant to recycle the plastic scrap it
sourced. The W.S.F Group now sources and recycles over 20,000 tons of
plastic scrap per annum.
In 2000, the W.S.F. Group achieved an overall annual turnover of US$40,000,000.00. The W.S.F. Group's goal is to develop and maintain its large network of suppliers, maintain its world standard operations and to continue producing high quality products to sell to the world market. The W.S.F. Group's philosophy is to strive for excellence and reciprocate loyalty for the mutual benefit of all its employees, agents, associates, suppliers and customers. |

Today, the W.S.F. Group better serves the world by producing higher quality products. The W.S.F. Group is licensed by the National Environment Protection Agency (NEPA) to receive and process most types of scrap. All of the W.S.F. Group’s operations meet and comply with the strict environmental standards set by NEPA.
