The W.S.F. Group sources a majority of its domestic and industrial plastic scrap from material recovery facilities, product manufacturers and plastic scrap dealers located around the world. It is always in the market to purchase post-consumer beverage containers, films and sheets, off-spec, off-grades, regrind, sprus and runners. The W.S.F. Group purchases plastic scrap in bales, rolls, lumps, chunks and flake whether it is sorted, commingled or contaminated. The W.S.F. Group constructed its recycling plant in 1997 to recycle all the plastic scrap it sources. At the plant, the plastic scrap is sorted, shredded, washed, cleaned & dried prior to it being processed into high quality pelletized feedstock, which is then bagged ready for delivery to the world market. The primary focus of the W.S.F. Group's plastic recycling operations is to produce high quality reprocessed plastic feed stock in pelletized form for the world market. The plastic scrap purchased by the W.S.F. Group includes the following: Polycarbonate (PC) Polyethylene (PE, LDPE, MDPE & HDPE) Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) Polypropylene (PP & BOPP) Polystyrene (PS, HIPS and GPPS) Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
